Delta Dental of Wisconsin's Evidence-Based Integrated Care Plan (EBICP) offers additional cleanings and/or fluoride treatments to members with the following conditions:
- Diabetes
- High-risk cardiac conditions
- Weakened immune systems (including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, multiple sclerosis, and Crohn's disease)
- Cancer therapy
- Gum disease
- Kidney disease
- Pregnancy
Patients in these situations who have EBICP (97% of group and all DDWI individual participants) on their dental plan can:
- Self enroll through your online member account
- We can enroll you through the provider portal
- No documentation is required
- Extra benefits are available as soon as EBICP enrollment is acknowledged
